Malaysian distrbutor Movie Magic released Star Wars Episode III on VCD in 2005. The film is in cropped fullframe, with original English sound. There are dual Malay and Chinese subtitles, since according to Google: "Chinese subtitles are included in Malaysian video releases to serve a large Chinese-speaking population within the country."
Before the film, a theatrical trailer for Episode III is included, which could either be seen as an appetizer or a spoiler. To each his own. This is followed by the "Piracy is a crime" campaing trailer which was so prevalent in the early 2000s. It would be easy to mistake this release for a DVD, as it came in a slipcase with a regular 2-disc DVD cover inside.
