The same as the other F48 release, this time in a clamshell cover. Looks like they just took the cardboard box artwork and used that as the front, spines and all. They could have put a little more effort into it. This leads me to suspect that the clamshell release came after the cardboard box. The back is a generic Ken Films layout.
